How much will I save if I use Teleconnect? |
With our unique unlimited plans, you pay a set price, no matter how long you’re staying on the phone.
Of course, should you have fewer needs than ‘unlimited’ we also offer you our best per minute rates on all your calls. |

How can Teleconnect charge so little? |
We commit to buy millions of minutes from large international operators, so we get huge volume discounts while maintaining first-class quality. We then offer these minutes to small users (residential and business customers) at a fraction of the price charged by our bigger competitors. |

What is PRESELECTION? |
Preselection gives you the convenience of dialling your correspondents direct, without a prefix. We simply ask France Telecom to make a modification on your line in their switching centre so that all your regular calls are automatically routed through Teleconnect rather than through France Telecom. Only special numbers, such as short numbers or numbers starting with "08" or "09", are still routed and billed by France Telecom. |

What is LINE RENTAL? |
It’s your Telephone Line Rental with Teleconnect: no more struggling with France Telecom and receive just one bill in plain English. Technically your line is still connected to France Telecom premium network, but we look after you 100%. In this case all your calls including special numbers are billed by Teleconnect. |

Will I get high-quality connections? |
Yes. You will enjoy the same high-quality service you get with the major international operators. |

Will my phone number change? |
No, you keep your number. With our Internet service, we will provide you with a 2nd line, a VoIP line, with telephone number starting by "09". |

Will my internet connection work with Teleconnect? |
Yes. Teleconnect complies with all dial-up and broadband internet service providers. However, since internet dial-up services typically use access numbers starting with "08", these calls are handled directly by France Telecom and will continue to appear on your France Telecom invoice if you didn’t choose our Line Rental offer. |

How about ADSL broadband internet access? |
Teleconnect preselection works with ADSL services, such as Teleconnect's own AngloPack broadband service, as long as you retain your France Telecom line. You will benefit from high-speed internet access though your ADSL connection while your phone calls benefit from Teleconnect's low phone rates. However, "dégroupage total" services that eliminate your France telecom line are not compatible. |

Do I have any obligations? |
Your only obligation is, of course, to pay for your phone bills. Otherwise, you may elect to cancel your service at any time and with NO penalties. On cancellation, you’ll just have to pay the cancellation fees as indicated on the price list of the offer you subscribed for. When you do not use a call plan, there are NO monthly minimums. If you are absent for a couple of months and you make no phone calls, we advise you to ask us to deactivate the call plans you might have with us (unlimited, etc.) so there will be NO charge during this period. |

Will I still get a bill from France Telecom? |
If you did not subscribe our Line Rental offer, yes. Your basic subscription to France Telecom covers the proper functioning of your line, including dial tone and all inbound phone calls. Your only other charges would be from optional services related to your line such as call transfer, and for calls to special numbers such as short numbers or those starting by 08 and 09. All other outbound phone calls will go through Teleconnect.
On the other hand, if you decided to go for our Line Rental offer, you will get no more bills from France Telecom. |

Will I still be able to dial emergency services and use France Telecom's Top Message voice mail service ? |
Yes. You still have access to all services. In preselection mode, all these services will be managed and charged by France Telecom. In Line Rental mode, we will be taking car of them for a packaged price. And even more value for the money with our AngloPack offer you’ll have all the services for free on your VoIP line. |

How do you bill and how do I pay? |
Every month you receive an e-mail notifying you that your fully itemized invoice is available on your online billing account. This is a free service. You can also opt to get a paper invoice in the post for a price indicated on price list. For the first month only, the amounts due are calculated in proportion to the days remaining until the end of the month. Invoices are issued each month only if greater than €3 inc. VAT (if not it is postponed until next invoicing period). Subscriptions and options are billed one period in advance, calls are billed afterwards. You pay by automatic bank debit. About 1 week after the invoice date, we will debit your bank account for the amount on the invoice. |

What is this Sponsor/Refer-a-friend coupon that my friend gave me? |
If a friend has given you a sponsor coupon, both you and your friend will receive 10 euros of free phone calls on your next invoice after you become a Teleconnect customer. It is a small token of how much we appreciate the fact that our customers mention us to their friends. There is no limit, naturally, to the number of friends that you can sponsor. If you don’t have these coupons, please contact us... or just ask your friends to state that you referred them on their subscription form. |

How long does it take to start using Teleconnect? |
The service is operational in automatic dialling (preselection) within a few days. The Line Rental service requires 5 to 10 days to be activate. The broadband AngloPack service requires usually 10 to 20 days becoming operational. AngloMobile is immediate when you receive the SIM card and phone. |

How do I get started? |
It's easy. During business hours you may dial our number: 0811 14 77 14 (service 0,06€/mn + call cost). Or you may simply download the Service Request, and return it, along with your RIB, by mail or fax. |

What must I do with the modem, on an exchange or cancellation? |
You have to call us on 0811 14 77 14 (service 0,06€/mn + call cost) and we will tell you exactly what to do. You are supposed to return the modem to us, at our logistics address, which we will supply at that time. |

How do I cancel my subscription? |
You may cancel the contract for any reason, and at any time, by registered letter (lettre recommandée avec avis de réception). Cancellation will become effective 10 business days from receipt of letter, and, in case of AngloPack contract subscription, provided that modem and accessories, in working order, are also returned within this period to the address we’ll supply at that time. A cancellation fee, indicated in price list, may be applied. Please note that cancel the Line Rental service causes the loss of your phone number. |
